Collaboration with Student Statement (Posted: 9 Sep)
One of the main objectives of the student session is to create a student statement that will reflect the opinions and ideas expressed during the session. The statement will outline our goals for the future of sustainable building practice.
Please collaborate with the statement proposal prior to the student session activities by answering the Student Statement Survey.

Cancellation Charge (Posted: 8 Sep)
If you cancelled the accommodation after 11 September or fail to arrive at the Olympic Center, you will be asked to pay 100% cancellation charge by bank transfer.
The details of the payment (e.g. Student Session bank account) will be announced only to those who cancelled.
Please note that international transmission fee will be on the participant's responsibility, and is often over 5000 yen.
If you failed to pay the cancellation charge, a series of penalties will be imposed.

Internet Connection (Posted: 18 Sep)
There is a LAN connection point at each accommodation unit (please bring a LAN cable).
However, we are afraid there is only one for, sometimes, 20 residents!
