This timetable covers the periods of Student Session (23-26 Sep) and the SB05 main conference (27-29 Sep).
The expected number of participants is around 130.

As the Student Session has the responsibility in distributing the room keys and collecting accommodation fee directly to/from the participants, please register and check in during the time above.
It will be followed by the orientation and ice-breaking at each unit (10 single rooms) of accommodation.

DB-1: "Sustainable Building Design"
This aims to design housing with sustainability concept.
Renowned architects (Prof. Kazuhiro KOJIMA, Prof. Kengo KUMA, Mr. Bogdan Witkowski, & Prof. Silvia de Schiller) will supervise student groups.
Two
architects (Prof. Kazuo IWAMURA & Mr. Sosuke FUJIMOTO) and student participants from the Pre-Workshop (August 2005, Tokyo) may join the presentation in the morning of 25 Sep.

One-day or half-day workshops will be organised by groups of students outside/inside the Student Session Organisers.
As a result these workshops are asked to make a few lines of input to the Student Statement.

The
Walking Tour aims to enable participants to get to know Tokyo and visit sustainable and/or attractive buildings.Each tour will be made with less than 12 participants and by public transport.

Each workshop
will present a summary of their activity and, in the case of Discussion-based WSs, the Student Statement.The Student Session will end with the adoption of Student Statement and a group photo!

We divide this session into 25 minutes for each Discussion-based WS, so that we can discuss the Student Session output (preferably the Student Statement) with other SB05 participants.

@ a Japanese $BE*(Bzakaya” style bar (Shinjuku or Shinagawa area: both are downtown).
We wish to make a "Sayonara" (= farewell) party on the night of 29th Sep to celebrate the end of the conference.
This will only happen if those who book this party in advance exceed 30 people.
